Job summary

Intuit is seeking proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance to individuals and businesses. You’ll collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide a seamless client experience.

You will actively grow the local client base, build relationships in the community, and leverage marketing tools to drive brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN and knowledge of tax laws are required.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal experts to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a high-quality, in-person and remote customer experience.
