Intuit seeks skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and personalized guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will grow the client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to Intuit’s full ecosystem for year-round support.

You will work onsite, deliver end-to-end tax solutions, and help customers navigate complex scenarios with integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Build relationships and ensure clients leave with a clear financial path.

Skills

Enrolled Agent or CPA or Attorney

Active PTIN

3+ years tax prep experience

Proficient with tax software

Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
