Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and client advisory work at a local TurboTax location. You will deliver full-service tax support, connect clients with Intuit resources, and grow the local client base through community engagement.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to provide accurate tax solutions, expand cross-services, and ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience during meetings and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week availability.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries.
