You will engage with clients in person and virtually, handle a range of personal and business tax scenarios, and coordinate with specialists to provide a complete financial picture. You will actively grow your local client base, participate in community events, and leverage Intuit’s tools to drive loyalty and cross‑selling of services like bookkeeping,

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours weekly.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end client experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
• Build lasting relationships and promote community presence.
