Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will serve personal and small business clients, collaborate with a broad team, and drive end-to-end services in a connected Intuit ecosystem.

The role emphasizes a hands-on approach, local community outreach, and building lasting client relationships while delivering accurate tax solutions through TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Monday–Friday.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
