Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide tax preparation and advisory services. You’ll work onsite, engage with clients, and collaborate with a team of tax and financial professionals to deliver end-to-end support.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and guide clients through personal and business tax scenarios using Intuit resources. This role emphasizes customer service and local community presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite work 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal/business).
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem; bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist both in-person and virtual clients using TurboTax tools.
