You will support complex tax scenarios and work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service, both in person and via virtual channels. Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA credentials with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes, strong knowledge of tax laws.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Engage in long-term relationship building with clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with in-person and video tools.
