Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation onsite at local TurboTax locations. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients with personal and business tax matters while growing the local client base and connecting customers with Intuit’s broader services.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, in-person and virtual client interactions, and a strong focus on delivering a best-in-class experience in the local community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, with standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences both in person and via TurboTax tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate, end-to-end service for each client.
