Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to both in-person and virtual clients, delivering an end-to-end experience with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local client base through community outreach and partnerships, working with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services for comprehensive support.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; advertising usage.
• Interested in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end customer experiences.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
