Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support for personal and small business filings, while collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver a complete client experience. Beyond tax prep, you’ll grow your local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, using TurboTax tools and marketing support to build lasting

Qualifications

• EA/CPA preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns preparation (30+ returns/season).
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, with seasonal peaks.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan futures.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
