You will serve personal and business clients, collaborate with a team of specialists, and help grow the local customer base through community outreach.

The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, cross-selling Intuit services, and delivering a best-in-class service experience in-person and via virtual channels.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, with standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and facilitate client meetings to understand their financial situations.
