Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax preparations, and connect clients with a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

You will build local relationships, grow your client base, and act as the local face of TurboTax, delivering an outstanding customer experience both in person and via virtual channels.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development programs.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and maximize refunds using expert software.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Act as the local face of TurboTax, delivering a seamless experience with Intuit resources.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to support clients.
