Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and connecting them with related Intuit services.

You are expected to build a local client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with a broader team of tax professionals to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active tax license holders (EA, CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal/state individual 1040 returns.
• Experience with professional tax software and client consultations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full-service tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Provide expert tax guidance and planning to clients.
• Engage with local community to build client base and relationships.
