Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and client advisory services at locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with a team of financial specialists, assist clients with diverse tax needs, and help grow the local TurboTax clientele. The role emphasizes hands-on preparation, customer care, and leveraging Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end tax services while promoting the broader Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be on-site at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in company advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base and engage with community.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma services.
• Build Relationships - turn transactions into long-term client relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – superior service via in-person and video tools.
