Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert at a U.S. TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for year-round support.

Grow the local client base, organize community outreach, and deliver top-tier service using TurboTax tools, collaborating with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning specialists to ensure end-to-end client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional experts for end-to-end service.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
