Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver on-site tax preparation and expert guidance. You will advise clients, prepare personal and business returns, and expand a local customer base while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You’ll connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services, participate in community events, and maintain a high standard of customer care, helping clients achieve financial goals year‑round.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns prepared per season.
• Willing to onsite 20+ hours per week and complete required training.
• Uniforms and branding usage; local community presence encouraged.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
