Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver on-site tax preparation and expert advice for clients at a TurboTax location. You’ll work with specialists to cover personal and business tax needs, while growing the local client base through outreach and community events.

You will connect clients to broader Intuit services and provide year-round support in a fast-paced environment, building trust and delivering a seamless, end-to-end experience.

Competenze

• Must have strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, ranging from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, partnerships, and events.
• Link clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain professional conduct in all interactions.
