Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to join a new TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

This role emphasizes local community growth and face-to-face client engagement. Onsite at a TurboTax location, you will partner with a team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, drive referrals, and build long-term relationships, while offering excellent service

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Att. with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types
• Onsite work 8:00–17:00 Mon–Fri, 20+ hrs/week
• Complete required training & compliance
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be listed in advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing
• Proficient with tax prep software & CRM tools

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice & prepare returns for TurboTax clients
• Support discovery sessions & tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning & advisory
• Build long-term client relationships and local market presence
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and virtually
