Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide expert tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit support.

This role emphasizes local community growth, client relationship building, and high-quality customer experiences, with promotion via marketing tools and a professional team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated tax expertise with ability to advise on personal and business returns.
• Active credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred and PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location and participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to match clients with appropriate Intuit services.
• Deliver excellent customer service in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Maintain compliance, participate in required training, and uphold brand standards.
