Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.

You will also grow the local client base, manage relationships, and participate in community outreach, events, and marketing initiatives to drive loyalty and prosperity for clients and the local economy.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials in tax (EA/CPA/Attorney) with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN in good standing required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep experience (30+ returns).
• Willingness to expand services beyond filing (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Attend on-site client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
