Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax expertise, complete returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios while coordinating with a broader team of specialists. You will grow the local clientele, foster long-term relationships, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end solutions for individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must hold a PTIN to file taxes.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build lasting client relationships through in-person and virtual meetings.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across all interactions.
