Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, perform tax returns, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions in a community-focused role. You’ll build local relationships, attract new clients, and leverage TurboTax tools to grow your practice while ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Grow local client base and collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via TurboTax tools.
