Job summary

Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on‑site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands‑on tax expertise, prepare returns, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios with clear, personalized guidance.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local client base, partner with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in person and via virtual tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Join a cross-functional team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
