Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax guidance while collaborating with a team of specialists to cover related services.

You’ll grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience with in-person and virtual support, using Intuit tools and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season is ideal.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and ongoing year‑round support.
