Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a seamless client experience.

You will grow local client bases, host financial literacy events, and use TurboTax tools to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hrs/week.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in marketing materials.
• Ability to build local community presence and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and beneficial for client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Lead local growth: outreach, events, referrals to build a client base and loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem beyond tax prep (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
