Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with complementary services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
