Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide comprehensive tax preparation, advice, and software support while connecting customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow a local client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience by connecting clients with the full Intuit ecosystem.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries and optimize deductions.
