Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local customer base and act as local face of TurboTax.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - turn one-time transactions into long-term client relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - provide professional service and assist via video tools.
