Intuit Careers seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, integrating with a broader team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to expand the business.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory.
• Onsite TurboTax office work with standard hours.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Community-focused with local marketing mindset.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Act as a local ambassador, building a new client base and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
