Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert for on-site work at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and be the local face for TurboTax, leveraging marketing tools to drive community engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep for 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community outreach and local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
