Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to prepare tax returns and advise clients at a local TurboTax site. You will work with a team of tax and advisory professionals to deliver end-to-end support, combining in-person and virtual services.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local client growth, and cross‑selling Intuit solutions while maintaining high service standards. Onsite work, flexible hours, and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain related licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and partnerships.
• Serve as a local brand ambassador and coordinate with marketing tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guidance using Intuit resources.
