Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for clients at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, expand the local client base, build relationships, and connect customers with Intuit’s ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services. This role is nonexempt and on-site, with training and community outreach responsibilities.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
