Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, handling a range of personal and business tax scenarios while growing a local customer base and leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem. The role emphasizes hands-on tax work, community engagement, and cross-service referrals to build lasting client relationships and deliver a comprehensive Intuit

Qualifications

• Requires EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Skills

Tax preparation experience

Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)

Education

EA (Enrolled Agent) certification
