Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full‑service tax prep and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, connecting them to a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, and support community outreach with marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite work: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, consulting, and advisory services in person.
