Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, offer expert advice, and connect clients with a broader team for business, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. As a local ambassador, you will grow the client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual support, while adhering to training and Uniform

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filed per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Must work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week; uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams.
