Intuit, Inc. is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, expanding the local client base while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. This role requires onsite presence and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with holistic Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
