Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists to address business and personal tax needs.

You’ll engage with local communities to attract new clients, build relationships, and deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Ability to train and develop using company programs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with simple to complex tax scenarios, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via digital tools.
