Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

You will provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance to in-person and virtual clients, while leveraging Intuit’s broader ecosystem for comprehensive financial services. You’ll drive local growth through community engagement, referrals, and events, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040s using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill to additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, with training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community activities.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and professional service.
