Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts. You will prepare tax returns, provide expert advice, and act as a trusted local advisor in your community.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support. You will build a local client base, engage in community events, and leverage Intuit tools to grow your practice while ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid tax filing experience (30+ federal/state returns).
• Willing to upskill to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, simple to complex.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve tax concerns.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location and participate in ongoing training.
