Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking results-driven TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite in a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation, tax planning, and software support while linking clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. As a trusted advisor, you’ll grow a local client base, participate in community events, and help clients navigate complex tax situations with personalized, clear guidance.

Qualifications

• Must hold active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping/payroll/advisory).
• onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with tax specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and educate clients on year-round services.
