You will connect clients with the wider Intuit ecosystem, delivering end-to-end support and building lasting relationships in your local community. Responsibilities include hands-on tax preparation, client discovery, and leveraging marketing tools to grow the local TurboTax client base while maintaining a high level of service and

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to build and grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by guiding clients to complementary services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and develop long-term trust with clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and clear guidance.
