Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location. You will serve on-site with a team of specialists, handling personal/business income, deductions, and amendments while growing the local client base.

You’ll act as a community ambassador, building relationships and coordinating with marketing tools to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, typical hours 8:00–17:00.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in local/community presence and marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
