Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will serve on-site with a collaborative team, addressing simple to complex returns and offering guidance for personal and business taxes.

You will act as a community ambassador, grow the local customer base through outreach, events, and referrals, and connect clients with additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, typical hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
