Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will partner with a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services, from discovery through final delivery, while building strong local client relationships. You will grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to sustain client loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 tax rules.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and comply with policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Meet clients in-person and via TurboTax virtual tools.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
