Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients, while working closely with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will be the local face, building trust and growing the client base through community events and targeted outreach, with a focus on

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds while offering future planning guidance.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and drive loyalty.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.

3+ years tax filing experience
