Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States, delivering in-person and virtual tax assistance to individuals and small businesses.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with a broad team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience in the local community.

Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA or CPA or attorney) preferred.
• Minimum three years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Experience with personal and small business tax scenarios.
• Willing to learn additional Intuit services and cross-sell where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist clients with personal and business tax situations and deductions.
• Engage in community outreach to grow local client base.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in-person and virtually.
