Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual customers with tax expertise and personalized guidance.

You will build local client relationships, deliver end-to-end tax services, and collaborate with a network of specialists to provide year-round support, while promoting TurboTax products and fostering financial prosperity in your community.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to learn other services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, referrals, and events.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teams to connect clients with complementary services.
