Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

As a trusted community ambassador, you will grow your local client base, organize events, and represent TurboTax in marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Uphill to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• onsite presence 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hrs/week.
• Complete trainings and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with using name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year‑round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
