Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering tax expertise and community-minded service to clients. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide guidance, and coordinate with a team of specialists to create a seamless Intuit experience for individuals and small businesses in your market.

By engaging locally, you’ll grow the client base through outreach, events, and trusted relationships

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Interest in holistic tax advisory beyond basic filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a network of tax and advisory professionals for comprehensive service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
