Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance, serving in-person and virtual clients while engaging with a broad network of Intuit specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Onsite availability for 20+ hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit's broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for a full solution.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide clients towards long-term financial goals.
